J40/14717/2012, having Unique Registration Code 31012269, processes the personal data you provide through both automated and manual means for your recruitment for the vacant position(s) you have applied/wish to apply for.
At Solisearch, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. This Recruitment Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data during our recruitment processes by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Scope
This policy applies to all job applicants and potential candidates for employment who willingly decide to share their data with us as part of our recruitment process, who willingly participate as students at the Solisearch Recruitment Academy, OR who are willingly submitting their contact details with us.

We collect personal data directly from candidates (e.g., resumes, application forms, interviews) and, in some cases, from third-party sources such as (but not limited to) recruitment agencies, background check providers, individual recruiters, and professional networking sites. The personal data provided by you in your Curriculum Vitae/resume are necessary for “Solisearch” and its authorized personnel to evaluate whether your experience and professional skills match the position(s) you have applied for or the Academy program you have applied for, or whether we can help you when you try to access one of our highly-personalized career coaching services
The basis for processing the data you provide is to take steps at your request (applying for the vacant position(s)) to enter into an employment contract with the Company represented by “Solisearch”.
The recorded information is intended for use by “Solisearch” and its authorized personnel only for the above-mentioned purpose and may be disclosed only to Companies or their representatives who have made available the vacant job position(s) you have applied for, but also to Companies or their representatives who might have a vacant job position(s) in your target industry if you are accessing a highly-personalized career coaching service.
We inform you that we process the following data (provided by you): name, surname, phone number, home address, residence, place of birth, marital status, Personal Identification Number or ID card series and number, dependents, email, age, professional experience, your education and certifications, foreign language skills, interests, professional training, employment, preferences (hobbies), salary expectations, expectations from the next employer, and any other information that you will offer to us and that will help us match you with your preferred job type.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data collected during the recruitment process is used solely to assess candidates’ suitability for employment, facilitate the selection process, and establish an employment relationship.
Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data in the context of recruitment is based on:
Consent: When you explicitly provide your data for recruitment purposes.
Legitimate Interest: As part of our recruitment activities to fill open positions within our organization.
Legal Obligation: When processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
