Meet the founder

Our mission is to improve the recruitment experience at scale.
Destination: One-week recruitment process across Europe by 2034.
Together we can change to world of recruitment, and I hope you will join me!
I embarked on my recruitment journey in 2007 in Bucharest as the youngest employee of Manpower Group, the same year when Romania became a member of the European Union.
The recruitment market in Romania was booming at that time, and I was assigned to work in a small team that was assigned to the beauty and the pain of mass recruitment, and later on I was one of the pioneer of the temporary workforce division.
In 2010, I joined Alcatel Lucent (now Nokia) as part of a small team with a big mission: to restructure an organization with more than 110,000 people.
There I was the Assistant of the Global Recruitment Director and I designed and implemented diversity and inclusion projects for 2 continents and analyzed the efficiency of recruiters on a global level.
In 2011, I joined Michelin where I was responsible of recruitment for 12 countries in CEE and SEE and where I learned about hiring in the technical field.
In 2012, I founded Solisearch to help companies recruit hard-to-fill jobs and to help candidates find an employer for the long run.
In 2024, I founded the Recruitment Academy with the mission to train from scratch 500 technical recruiters by 2034 across Europe.
